Managing Partner 2026 - Present

The heart of Jaime’s career has always been people. She started in HR with some big companies and quickly realized the fulfillment she was looking for would be found in mission-driven, people-centred companies. 

Now, she works at the intersection of strategy, execution, and people; making sure the right things get gone, in the right order, by the right people. She most recently helped grow a locally-owned family business in the home furnishing industry from 5 employees to 50 while ensuring a strong culture surrounding respect, accountability and a healthy work-life balance.

When not working, she is an avid cyclist, sun-chaser and dog-lover and can usually be found on the patio of a brewery [with lots of sunscreen to preserve her tattoos!]. She has been a lifelong tattoo enthusiast and client, supporting Good Judy from pre-Day 1. She is excited to, formally, join her partner in life and crime as partner in business and bring her experience to Good Judy, continuing the fight in removing traditional plastic from tattooing.
